CELPIP] 셀핍 라이팅 Writing 템플릿 - Part 1

 

셀핍 라이팅 파트 1은 "편지쓰기" 인데요, 주어진 상황에 맞게 상대방에게 글을 써야 합니다. 한국어로 누군가에게 편지를 쓸 때에도 "XXX에게."로 시작하고 "이만 줄일게, 안녕! XXX가." 라고 끝내듯이 영어 편지도 마찬가지입니다. 

 

 

아래는 가장 많이 출제되는 세 가지 상황에 대한 템플릿입니다.

모든 상황에 적용되는 템플릿은 아니니 내용이 이런식으로 흘러간다는 걸 참고하시면 좋을 것 같아요.

Part 1 - Letter

 

1.  Complain

 

Dear 받는 사람(직책 or 이름)

 

My name is Sunny. I’m writing this email to complain about the [service/experience/product] you had provided on (시기 - yesterday/today/this morning/last week etc).

 

I have been a loyal customer at your (회사이름/ 식당 등) for the past 10 years.

However, I had never had this kind of bad experience up until now. 

Unfortunately, (일어난 일 설명)

 

I am very disappointed with (service/experience/product) and I feel you need to be aware of what has taken place.

 

Considering what has happened, I feel I am entitled to (보상 내용-  refund/complimentary meal/coupon/ store credit  등).

 

I’ll be looking forward to your reply.

2. Applying for the position

 

Dear  받는 사람 (직책 or 이름)

 

My name is Sunny. I am writing to __문제에 나온 내용 그대로 or 변형____.

I’m from South Korea and 포지션과 관련된 경력 간단히 소개 및 현재 직장을 관두는 이유

 

As your ( 회사)  have always been one of the top ranking employers in Canada, It would be an honor and a great privilege to work for (회사) if given an opportunity.

 

I have been ________. (관련 경력과 직무와 관련된 강점)

 

My schedule is flexible, and I am available both evening and weekend hours, as well as during the day. I can start working from April, 2021 onwards.

3. Asking for information

(ex. 대출 자격이 있는 지 알기 위한 양식과 제출 서류 요청)  I want to request you send me the form and other documents to check my eligibility for getting approval for this amount of loan.

 

I'm hoping I could get this information by (시기) as I'll need some money to buy a new house. 

 

I’ll be looking forward to your reply.
