Part 2는 Survey가 주어지고 옵션을 선택하여 자신의 의견을 표현하는 유형입니다.쉽게 말해 하나의 노선을 정하고 뒷받침하는 근거들을 제시하는 주장하는 글쓰기인데요,  

근거를 많이 제시할 수 있는 옵션을 선택하시면 쓸 말이 많아지니 점수도 더 잘 받겠죠?

Part 2

 

#1  도입부 (문제에 나와있는 내용 리뷰)

 

I recently found out that your organization(기관)/company is gathering thoughts of public about __질문___.

While (option B) is an attractive option, I personally feel that we would greatly benefit from (option A). 

 

#2 근거 제시 (2-3가지)

One important reason why (Option A) is preferable is that ~~~. + 근거 또는 결과

#3 선택하지 않은 옵션에 대한 설명 (2번을 탄탄하게 작성하셨다면 생략 가능) 

On the other hand, (option B) would not be an ideal option because ~~.  + 근거 또는 결과

비록 ~일지라도 : Even though, Even if, Although, Though

그러므로 : Therefore, Hence

In conclusion, considering reasons explained above, I believe that ____ should ________ (because _______)이유는 생략가능.

 

아래는 위의 템플릿대로 작성한 두 가지 예시입니다.
 

Ex) You are working in a company offering financial services. Your company is conducting a survey to improve the ways to recruit new employees. The company has sent an opinion survey to see what existing employees think about changes in recruitment policy. There are two options:

 

Option A : Hire recruitment agency

 

               B : Hire people only through a reference from existing employees

 

 

I recently found out that you are gathering thoughts of employees about the way to recruit new employees. Whereas hiring people only through a reference from existing employees is an attractive option, I personally feel that we would greatly benefit from hiring recruitment agency.

 

One important reason why hiring recruitment agency is preferable is that it gives us higher probability of finding great talents out in the labor market. As we give our guidelines about requirements and qualifications, the agency would pick the best candidate through their own process of screening before we see them. Therefore, we don’t have to waste our time to screen.

 

However, hiring new employees through a reference from existing employees would not be an ideal option because reference is subjective so we might end up hiring friends and families of existing employees rather than hiring more qualified candidates. I believe it’s not fair to people who doesn’t have many networks but perfectly suitable for the job.

 

In conclusion, considering reasons explained above, I believe that our company should hire recruitment agency so that we could find better candidates with systematic screening.

 

 
 
Ex) Local NGO is struggling to put an end on the Artificial Intelligence research program. They fear AI is dangerous for humanity. NGO is seeking public opinion.
 
Option A : Artificial intelligence is really dangerous for humanity.
 
               B : Artificial Intelligence is important for the progress of human race
 
I recently found out that your organization is gathering thoughts of public about the danger of AI. Whereas artificial intelligence is really dangerous for humanity, I personally feel that we would greatly benefit from AI in terms of the progress of human race.
 
One important reason why AI is important is that it can provide humans a great relief from doing various repetitive tasks. The technology can learn the work once and repeat it as many as desired by its human programmer. Automation of different tasks reduces the workload from dull and repetitive tasks.
 
On the other hand, the option that says AI is dangerous for humanity is not ideal because it actually helps human a lot with its high efficiency and error-free productivity. People who might afraid of losing their jobs would be scared, but AI will create more jobs to supervise it.
 
In conclusion, considering reasons explained above, I believe that AI is important for the progress of human race because it would lead humanity to new successes with its capability.
