1. 문제를 읽고 누구를 설득하는 것인지 확인
2. 두 가지 옵션 비교
3. 옵션의 특징 하나하나 장점인지 단점인지 보고 비교

5. 비교 (옵션을 설명하며 맨 위에꺼부터 하나하나 비교하면 됨. 비교급 사용 _er / more - than -)

First of all, although the townhouse is a bit more expensive, it offers more space. You get three bedrooms and 1 bathroom while the detached home in the country only has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The townhouse is also much bigger, it’s 1850 square feet while the detached home is only 1000 square feet. The townhouse is also much closer to public transportation and shopping malls, but the detached home is 45 minutes away from the city and 25 minutes from shops.
So this is why we would be better off going with the new downtown townhouse.

Cats are quiet, clean so they are not as smelly as dogs, and super cute. Above all, buying a cat is much cheaper than buying a dog. But since you guys have different opinions, I have a suggestion. How about borrowing both of them? In other words, you can try taking care of someone’s dog or cat before you jump into a decision. It’s called pet sitting. That way, you could decide which one you’re going to buy.

EX) Q. Your friend is returning from a trip and has asked you to pick him up from the airport. On the same day, you are invited to a family gathering. Your partner insists that you attend the family gathering with her.

Hi, Robert. I see you are returning from the trip this Saturday, so you want me to pick you up from the airport. I know you probably don’t like it, but I’m afraid I can’t make it to the airport on Saturday. This is because Claire and I are invited to a family gathering on the same day. Unfortunately, this family gathering was planned months ago, and we promised we’d attend.

You know, we missed last year’s event and we promised we’d make it to this one. I know this isn’t what you were hoping to hear, because you probably don’t have anyone else to come pick you up. I have a suggestion though. How about I ask my sister jenny to come pick you up instead? I know she won’t be attending the family gathering and she always willing to help people out. I’ll call her today and I’ll let you know if she accepts.

My first reason is that most young adults by age of 21 are students. Students are supposed to focus on their study than earn money.
In my case, when I was 21, I focused on studying my major and I could get a scholarship. Getting a scholarship and good grades would make parents happier than paying a rent.
Another reason is that it’s hard to get a job for young adults who are less experienced. When I was 21, I wanted to get a part-time job and I submitted resume as many as I could, but nowhere accepted me just because I have no experience. Sad story.
So, these are some of the reasons why I think young adults should not pay a rent to their parents.

Ex) Q : Do you think all high school students should be required to learn a second language? Explain your reasons.
In my opinion, all high school students should learn a second language. I have two reasons to support my opinion.
My first reason is that knowing a second language would be a great asset of students in their future. In fact, I learned English and Japanese in my high school as a second language and it became one of my strong skills when I get a job.
Another reason is that knowing another language would be helpful when they travel abroad. For example, my sister learnt Japanese in her high school years, and she had no problem with communication with natives when she traveled to Japan. So, these are some of the reasons why I think high school students should learn a second language.

There are literally more than 10 mannequin heads with hair pins on them. You know, those are typically for hair designers practicing skills on the fake hair. They look kind of creepy, but hilarious.
